Godliness always brings a response. That response won't always be applause, but we need to choose godliness anyway. With the recent assassination of Charlie Kirk, it's tempting to let anxiety and worry about evil in our nation take hold—but the Lion of the tribe of Judah has already overcome all of Satan's plans. We've let a lukewarm Christianity settle in our communities for a while now, but we can change. At a time when it may feel easier or safer to stay quiet, one of the most important things we can do is acknowledge the authority of Jesus in public.
