About this Episode
We live in a very different time from the time of the Bible. One of the more significant areas of difference has to do with women and the opportunities they now have. With that in mind, when we do have a woman presented—especially in positive terms and with her name in the text—we should pay extra close attention. To that end, this week, the group wants to take a close look at a woman of real significance in the early church of the New Testament. Her name is Lydia, and her story is found in Acts 16.
