April 6- Doctrine & Covenants 30:6 & 31:2

Both verses that we talk about today are about affliction, the first is about the sorrows ad afflictions of others and how we can better bear them. The second is about the sorrow that we feel as our loved ones reject our beliefs. But the beautiful thing is that the Lord has beautiful promises for us in both types of affliction.
