Rev. Gary Huff discusses balancing a fulltime Career with planting and pastoring churches. Rev. Huff has a demanding ful time career in corporate amercia which requires international travel as well as late night phone calls. Most church planters will need to be bi-Voctional In fact, most pastors will need to be BiVocational in the future as churches are unable to sustain a fulltime salary. Rev.
