Exodus 23:10-19 (From Creation) - Boiling a Goat in it's Mother's Milk??

In Exodus, we read about some new laws that God tells to Moses. One of them is a weird one that keeps popping up over and over again. God tells us never to boil a goat in it's mother's milk... Does this mean we can't eat cheeseburgers??
