Faith and Fostering: One Family at a Time with Glenn Harwood

“If just one family from every church in Texas would adopt a child, Texas would not have a foster care crisis.” After a 22-year career as an Army officer, Glenn Harwood and his family of four moved to Midland, Texas, where he began a second career as an Assistant US Attorney.
