Filled with the Spirit: Dr. Jack Deere

This week Dr. Jack Deere is coming on the show to discuss “filled with the Spirit” in scripture. Does “filled with the spirit mean speaking in tongues” or does it mean something else?

For those who do not know Jack, He was an associate professor of Old Testament at Dallas Seminary. In the late 1980s, he abandoned his earlier theological position, announcing that he had experienced the charismatic gifts for himself through the ministry of John Wimber.
