About this Episode

For the longest time, I thought my anxiety was intuition. I could always spot what might go wrong, so I assumed it meant I was being careful. But what I’ve learned is that the brain confuses hypervigilance for safety - it’s working overtime to avoid pain that’s already in the past.

In this episode, I'm unpacking why your body doesn’t always trust joy, how fear becomes a habit, and what it really means to rebuild trust in God one calm breath at a time.

Rooting for you,
Jessica
