July 13- Doctrine & Covenants 77:2-4

In Revelations John sees 4 beasts each with 7 eyes and wings before the throne of God worshipping Him. Joseph wanted to understand why they had the eyes and wings and the Lord let him know that the eyes represent the light and knowledge the animals had and the wings represented their agency to choose. I love what this teaches us. These animals with all the wisdom and knowledge and with the ability to be anywhere else, they choose to be with God worshipping Him. You and I don't have to wait until we are before the throne of God to worship Him. We can worship Him and show our love for Him as we reach out and love His children.
