About this Episode

In these long awaited episodes, we finally dive into the splintering world of the Mormon Empire and give our state of the union address to the current affairs happening in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Co-hosts Jeff Durbin and Jeremiah Roberts are joined by Alexandar Larson, who spent nearly thirty years growing up within the state of Utah. There, he witnessed first-hand the underbelly of undue Mormon influence on the culture of Utah.
The origins of Mormonism began in the early 1800's, when its leader Joseph Smith claimed to receive a private revelation: the true church of Jesus Christ needed to be restored because all other churches were in a state of apostasy. Since the founding of the LDS church, substantial changes have been made to their doctrine, but nothing compares to the post modern fragmentation that’s occurred the last twenty years.
Why are the reasons behind these shifts?
The answers may surprise you.
