Fred Workman is a 57-year-old medical doctor, specializing in Hospital Medicine. He is one of our volunteer Men in the Arena National Team Captains. Fred is married to his amazing bride for 32 years and has three grown children. Fred is a self-proclaimed "men's group junkie with a passion to encourage and mentor men to fight for their spiritual mission."
