"Asking for help can be hard sometimes. Our ego’s don’t allow for us to be vulnerable. Some of us fear the feeling of being weak or needing help. I know I can sometimes fear growing old because I never want to be in a situation where I can’t care for myself. This is something I’m working on.

But like in everything, there are seasons. Seasons in which you can help others, serve others, poor into others but there are also seasons in which you need to be poured into. You need to be served. You need help."
