The Story Behind This Week's Mental Health Game at Utah State

On September 24th, I'm Changing the Narrative is hosting a Mental Health Awareness Game with Utah State. And, I want you to know the back story. When I hug Coach Blake Anderson this weekend, you'll know the heartache that we've experienced together and what he's experienced as a father who lost his son. And, you'll know that this goes way beyond football and his team, and why he's so passionate about mental health resources. Because that's what Blake is all about. He's not just a football coach. He's a father, a husband, and he cares about his players - not just on the field, but off the field too.

I hope you'll be inspired to get mental health resources for yourself, for your family, for your school, your team, your community.

Mental health affects everyone. It's time to start talking about it and raising awareness. If you are struggling or feeling hopeless, please reach out for help. There are resources available for you. You're not alone.
