When You Can’t See the Outcome: The Blessing of Obedience

Has God ever asked you to do something that scared you? Has He ever called you to something that didn’t make sense to you in the moment?  If so, you’re not alone. Jesus understands. God asked Him to do the unthinkable: to go to the cross for you and for me—but the result of Christ’s obedience to the Father has resulted in amazing blessing for you and me. Lately I have been thinking about the blessings of obedience. Truth is, God’s blessings are found there. His blessings are not found outside His boundaries. The question is not whether or not we should obey, the question is how do we obey, even when we don’t see the outcome!
